Walter G does not offer refunds or exchanges on any items unless they are deemed faulty.
Please note here that when dealing with hand block printed and naturally dyed items, there will always be a degree of imperfection in each design. If you believe your item is faulty, you will be asked to submit photographs of the fault. It is up to the discretion of Walter G to determine whether or not this is a legitimate fault. Typically, small printed imperfections and dye lot variations are not considered a fault and will not result in a refund or exchange.
In the event the item is deemed legitimately faulty, we will replace the item if in stock. Failing that we will issue you a full refund for your purchase.
All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed and in it’s original packaging with tags in tact.
We ship Australia wide. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. All items are shipped within 7 days of the order being placed.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
